Eric Chu

Eric Chu brings more than twenty years of experience as venture capitalist and international IT business management to the firm. At WK Innovation, Eric Chu is focusing on investments in semiconductor, key components, and wireless communication sectors with a particular emphasis on emerging growth opportunities in Greater China area. Eric Chu serves on the board of Chicony (TWE:2385), Beken Corporation (SSE:603068), and Q Technology (1478.HK).

Prior to founded WK Innovation, Eric Chu worked at WKT (WK Technology Fund) as General Manager, where he invested in and worked closely with several growth-stage high-tech companies, including DJI(Shenzhen), Googol Technology(Shenzhen), Beken Corporation and SmartSens Technology(both in Shanghai), all the companies have made a significant contribution to the firm.

Earlier in his career, Eric Chu worked for Hewlett-Packard Taiwan as an Sales Director for its Enterprise Computing Business Division and Sales Manager for Testing & Measurement Organization.

Eric Chu hold his MBA degree from National Cheng-Kung University and B.S. in Electrical Engineering from National Tsing-Hua University in Taiwan.
